A privately owned contract security company, founded in October 2002.
SecureOne’s corporate management team has more than 250 years of combined security experience. It includes a retired National Security Director from a Fortune 50 company, a former Vice President of a national security provider, an Army National Guard Captain who led Military Police, and several former Area Managers from other security agencies.
For a Chicago client, that experience shows up as a single point of contact who is available 24/7, steady communication, and administrative support that keeps schedules and invoices straight.
We are not the least expensive security provider, and we say so up front. We would rather be the best than the cheapest.
Officer training does not end at orientation. We keep developing, testing and refreshing officers’ skills, and our in-house Director of Training builds custom programs for each client’s industry or facility.
GPS Insight tracks patrol vehicles in real time and records with in-car 360-degree cameras. WinTeam runs scheduling and billing. Vision InSites is where officers file reports, photos and patrol checks.
We hire only people with prior military, law enforcement or security experience, and screening looks for sound judgment, emotional maturity, personal pride and a positive attitude.
I get security companies in here all the time trying to sell me their services. I don’t bother because in 8 years with SecureOne I have never had a serious security related incident on my property. They constantly reinforce policies and procedures so nobody drops the ball. Doing exactly what I require is what I need. Thank you to everyone involved.
